The Voice, The Heart, The Vulva with Janis

The voice is the instrument of the soul. A seed, planted in the soil of our experiences and for so many it sits dormant. We are held back from speaking our boundaries and saying no, or asking for our needs and saying yes. With that, is the internal battle with our sense of empowerment and ourselves. The voice is an incredible avenue towards our vulnerability, our power and our wounds.
