Private 1:1 (50 min)

This 50-minute private sound bath offers a gentle pause in your day, designed to refresh and reset your nervous system without going too deep. Layered, soothing sounds support relaxation, clarity, and grounding in a calm, one-on-one setting. Ideal for busy days or when you need a nourishing moment of restoration.

Private 1:1 (120 min)

A spacious, 2-hour one-on-one sound bath designed for deeper restoration and integration. Layered harmonic sounds gently guide you into a state of calm, supporting the release of tension and a full nervous system reset. Ideal when you’re ready to slow down and immerse yourself in extended rest.

Private Group (120 min)

Gather your friends, family, or community for a 2-hour private group sound bath tailored to your shared intention. Resonant soundscapes create a supportive environment for connection, relaxation, and collective grounding. Perfect for celebrations, meaningful gatherings, or intentional group experiences.

Bi-Weekly Sound Bath (75 min)

Join our open, bi-weekly sound bath for a gentle and restorative group experience. Soothing sound waves invite relaxation and presence, offering a supportive pause from daily life. No prior experience is needed—simply arrive as you are and rest within the shared field of sound.

What is an Expressive Arts Sound Bath Meditation?

Experience the restorative power of sound in a tranquil environment designed to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Embark on a meditative journey within, as we release and restore. Guided by Expressive Arts Therapist Janis Wille and the healing sounds of her drum, crystal singing bowls, voice, tongue drum, handpan, gong, ocean drum, chimes and shakers. You'll soon find yourself floating into a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away. 

Release with Vocal Toning

Connect with the elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space) through vocal toning, as we collectively release stress. Vocal Toning is an ancient method of healing that utilizes your voice making vowel sounds with Bija Mantras to alter vibrations in every cell in the body, returning your body, mind, and emotions back to a balanced state. 

Restore with Sound & Visualizations

A sound bath is an immersive meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in soothing sound and vibrations. As you rest comfortably, the resonant tones help to shift your brainwaves into a state of relaxation and healing. You will be invited to Integrate your self discoveries with art and gentle sharing.

All experience and skill levels are welcome, no previous experience in sound, voice or art is required. Minors need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Ages 12+

Janis Wille, MA, LPC, ATR

As a certified art therapist and sound meditation practitioner, I combine the healing power of creativity with the transformative potential of sound. With over 10 years of experience in facilitating healing spaces, I guide participants to connect with their inner peace and resilience. In my trauma-informed approach, I work with individuals and groups to unlock creative potential and promote holistic well being.

My passion for sound healing stems from its profound ability to create balance and harmony in our fast-paced lives. I am committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment where you can relax, recharge, and rediscover your inner strengths.
