Awakening Your Dance: Embodied Self-Expression

Awakening Your Dance: Embodied Self-Expression

Your journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth is not just an intellectual exercise. Our lived experience is made up of far more than just our thoughts and words. We have emotions that we feel in our guts and hearts. We hold our breath in suspense and let out sighs of relief. Our body sensations are an important source of information about our identities, values, and desires. Body movement signifies vitality, change, adaptability, and freedom - the opposite of stuckness and stagnation.

This workshop will invite you to deepen your embodied experience of breath, sensation, and movement as a way to access your authenticity and true self-expression. Through dance and movement, we have the opportunity to deepen our connection to our bodies and core self, and practice transforming inner feelings into outward actions so that our lives feel aligned and in flow.
